Am doing nitnem and sukhmanj sahub path everyday.. This is my 31 day of doing this... I want to ask that... Whenever i do nitnem at amritvella and sukhmani sahib path... Most of the time my mind do not concentrate on path... There were thoughts which comes and goes.. I try my best to come over my thoughts.. But still am confuse that do my prayer works and listened by waheguru as am not able to concentrate 100%.. As am doing 40 days nitnem and want to continue after also.. Please help Waheguru ji ka khalsa Waheguru ji ki fateh
