Today granthi singh ji taunted me because someone told me place water near guru granth sahib ji he told me that it is sin and it is also not a part of our sikhism
Sat Nam, it is not The answer I am writing, it is more a inspiration question: how conscious were YOU as someone told you to place water there and what was the Intention - offering, ritual or what? I am not familiar with any rules relating to SGGS - are there? If there are specific rules they have to be respected, if there are no such things, it is more the question of your own conscious consciousness what you are doing and what for? ...with best wishes ...:-)..
