I am a 24 year old female, I have been having the same dream every other night during early hours in the morning from past month or 2. I have been ignoring it a lot, However recently the vision in my dreams is much more clearer and seems as if I am living that moment until I wake up and realise it's all a dream.

I am standing in front of the Guru Granth Sahib Ji and next to me is a singh both of us waiting to take Matha when this really bright light shines from the Guru Granth Sahib Ji and nothing can be seen except a white glow. Then suddenly mine and that singh's karas' are intertwined together. Both of us try to take the karas' off but we can't and then I wake up and the dream ends.

I am not sure if it's just a random thought or If Guru ji is trying to say something that I am not understanding very well. It's very unusual but an extremely common dream that I am so familiar of now, I am unsure if I should make something of it or just let it be hoping it will go away.

I'm just going to quote Guruka Singh here:

These dreams are just your subconscious mind processing your experiences and integrating them into your memories. Don't sleep during the sunrise. Get up before the sun rises and do your morning sadhana. Go to bed consciously and rise in the morning consciously. Do Kirtan Sohila right before you fall asleep. No phone or computer after it. Your dreams will calm down. You can also do Shabd Kriya after you leave of all screens and prepare for bed. Please read this post.

If your dream is significant then you will know that at exactly the time you need to know it. For now, just let it be. There is no action required on your part
