although I am super young, I still experience numbness in my leg sitting cross legged for more than 20 minutes. i want to be able to do it for 40 minutes comfortably.

any tips on how? (so far all i can think of would be to increase walking to increase leg circulation, and to also massage legs more, also to increase circulation)

Start by stretching your legs during Anand Sahib. Then, when it's time to stand up your blood flow will be back.

Just let your legs go to sleep. You're not going anywhere right? :) When you come out of your meditation, then stretch them out and massage them.
