Actually Its getting again and again in my mind that how guru sahib had kids? i am married and i also want to have kids as same as guru sahib have their kids. because its in my mind that doing sex is bad. so how did guru sahib gave birth to their children except sex. bhula chuka di khimaa mere wahegur please answer

I used to get thoughts about Guru Ji similar to your, best thing is to ignore it. Don't give these thoughts much focus, when it comes just ignore them. Guru Ji knows our inner feelings.
Is sex bad ?
We've all come into this world by this process. Being attached to sex is wrong thats what Guru Ji have thought us.
Without procreation Sikhi/Khalsa would not be able to carry on. All the Guru Ji accept Sri Guru Harkrishan Mahraj had kids. And the Gurus can never do anything bad, so sex to have kids is perfectly fine.

From past experience please stop over thinking about these thoughts. I've had many problems overthinking about similar issues and it's even harder to get out of this cycle once you are init for sometime. On the second forum, they have a good poster who really tells you how to ignore these thoughts just search negative thoughts up on this forum, Sikh Sangat and Sikh Awareness.
Remember that the Sangat on any of these forums, will be more than happy to help. They really do make us feel like a big family.

U are right but you know now after reading your answer I am getting a feeling that how can guru sahib have kids with this process.After all he is supreme. Because when I think about it,it becomes an imagination.I know am wrong but how to avoid these feelings and the worst part is that I am amritdhari.
