What does gurbani says about age gap in marriage?does it matter?

The Guru does not speak about this. That is because marriage is a marriage of souls. People see the age of the physical body, but not the age of the soul. When the souls match up in spiritual maturity, then there is easy union. I have seen marriages where the physical age gap is 24 years and the marriage is successful. I have seen marriages where the physical age gap is very close and the marriage ends in failure. If the souls' maturity, the calibre and the commitment match up there is a great chance for success in the marriage.

I think 5 to 10 year is not a problem but more then that is not rite way
