Does Guru get angry or disappointed with people?

Does Guru get angry or disappointed with people? And punish them for their actions?? Or is it all Karma related like where you've done bad, Guru is causing the reaction from your own action? How do you get closer to Guru? I don't feel anything when I meditate and I really need him

Offer your Guru the only meaningful offering.... yourself. By complete trust in him and complete surrender of yourself you will become very close to him.
