Hello...me and my wife are both amritdhari Sikhs..my wife was 2 weeks pregnant and we did medical abortion as my wife was not ready for child.now we are feeling guilty as if we have done something very bad....plz help us out.....we both did not realize that abortion should not be done and now realize our mistake

Please stop torturing yourself about this. There is no problem. At two weeks, abortion can be done with no problem. The soul does not enter the body until 120 days. When you and your wife do decide to get pregnant be sure to meditate and do kirtan together during those first three months in order to attract a soul steeped in Gurbani. Let your prayer and projection be to attract a hero, a giver or a saint.
No abortion is not acceptable, no matter at whatever week of the pregnancy. It's a sin and plain wrong.
