  • Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji had 52 hukams

  • Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji and 52 other poets are included in the Dasam Granth Ji

  • Sri Guru Hargobind Singh Ji rescued 52 princes (rajas) from Gwalior Prison.

  • The first Khalsa initiation included 5 men who were willing to give their heads to the guru (panj pyarae) as well as Sri Guru Gobind Singh and Mata Sahib Kaur (the ones initiating the men into the Khalsa. This means 5+2, much like 52. (This one has slightly less significance, but still)

Stange...

Any explanation or is this just random? Any other 52s or 5+2s you can find?

Their are no key relations, guru gobind singh ji had many hukhamnamas the 52 are just soem of them at the first amrit sanchar many revived amrit, the panj piyare the panj mukte all of gurus house hold and many other great singhs and singhnis bab deep singh ji bhai mani singh ji and mai bhago are said to be examples.

52 princes including the guru = 53 and not forgetting all of human kind.

so that the whole number thing dissolved :)
