whats the difference between the religion of Bhagat Ravidass (Ravidassia) and Sikhism? They seem similar. When was the religion technically started?

Main difference is Bhagat Ravidas ji did not formally create the religion, while the first sikh master created sikh religion and coined the term sikh and tenth master formalized it with creation of Khalsa. Ravidass religion has been recently started by followers after being alienated even from Sikh faith by so called practicing sikhs.

It is our fault,, sikhism was never created by any guru,, sikhism was always there.. it just disappears and reappears. kabir ji was before nanak so kabir ji should get title of creating the sikhism . kabir ji was khalsa.. jesus was khalsa. khalsa is not body but mind. so called sikhs of today fight with other communities saying nanak is bigger than ravidas and vice versa. both parties are wrong obviously.. nanak and ravidas are different name of one person..
