Can foreigners, who are not Sikhs, wear turbans?
I'm not Sikhs and I'm going to my Sikh friend's wedding. Can I wear turbans or are they religiously strictly worn by only Sikhs? Thank you.

Yes, you can tie a turban if you wish. There is no restriction and no one will be offended, in fact I suspect people will like it. You can learn more about the turban (including how to tie one!) right here.
