Hukam, Sikh Rehat Maryada
What is the difference between Hukam and Rehat Maryada? Can Sikh Rehat Maryada also be Hukam? Because some sikhs follow it and others not..? Is Hukam and Sikh Rehat Maryada same or not? Is everything caused by karma, by or own deeds..? Can it be possible for some to want to follow the Rehat Maryada but or not able to..? Or for some those who are destined can follow..
