i downloaded an app on my phone (dukhbanjani sahib paath) nd it gives m reminder at around 5 p.m in evening..
nd just like you i was also very confused regarding time of paaths nd effects bt concluded tht you can recite bani's pray to god at any time of the day..

Oh.... Well thanka for your answer but what if one does only and want to do only Dukhbhanjani Sahib Ji on a regular basis?
it is saud that dukhbhanjani if needed to be effective acourding to the guru, must be done as part of ones nitnem panj bania, if you want to pray for someones pains and dukh to go away or for your self it must be done 5 days in a row during amritwela as part of the panj bania.
