What does it mean by the physical plane is limited? Thanks

The physical plane is the realm of the earth - Dharam Khand. It is subject to the limitations of time and space. The heavens (etheric realms) are not subject to these laws. You can travel in your subtle body to any place and any time. Your awareness is unlimited but your physical body is not.
Guruka ji what do you mean by " subject to time and space"?
On the earth it takes seven hours to get from New York to London. In your subtle body (etheric body) you can make the journey in a second.
