You know the Sopurkh? It is in Rehiras Sahib. It begins:
Sopurakh niranjan har purakh niranjan har agmaa agam apaaraa Sabh Dhi-aavahi sabh Dhi-aavahi tuDh jee har sachay sirjan haaraa
Start by reciting eleven Sopurkhs out loud every day while meditating on your husband and envisioning him in his excellence, full of love and light. Now for marriage shabad resources go here to find out much more.
Gurkha singh jo..could u pls tell for how many times and how many days we have to recite so purakh??
Why stop? Keep going! Make it part of your daily routine.
There is no reason not to do it, however I think it is not best to do it whilst intoxicated :-)
