Waheguru Ji ka Khalsa , waheguru Ji ki fateh

I'm not amritdhari, and I'm only 14 but I've realized that I have anger management issues, I can't ever control my anger. I always tend to get irritated and angry for small reasons that don't make sense, like I can't take a joke. I feel right now that my anger is what I depend on in life, like I won't do anything unless I got pisses off and decided to do it to prove my point or something like that.

Does any one know what path or things I can do to manage my anger.

Thank you Waheguru Ji ka Khalsa, waheguru Ji ki fateh.

I think you have already started on the right path. Just don't forget that the anger is bad. They say a wise man wins a fight before it begins, but an angry person loses it no matter what. Getting free of anger could take months or a few hours. But realize anger is not your friend. Anger will take you off the road and into a ditch. The other thing is that you do things only if you get angry. Don't depend on anger. Remember the concept of Sewa. Don't do it to prove a point or something. Do it to be happy.
