Waheguru Ji ka Khalsa waheguru Ji ki fateh

My parents believe in superstitions like : not cutting your nails at night and to not wash your hair on certain days and to not say certain things at certain times of the day ... Etc . Don't get me wrong, I love my mother and father but I don't personally believe in superstitions nor bad luck . My parents aren't religious . My question is : how do I convince my parents in stopping to believe in superstitions?

Please and thank you Waheguru Ji ka Khalsa waheguru Ji ki fateh

I used to have the same problem. I would repeat the 'mistake' again and again. Over time, they found superstitions with higher priorities. And let old ones go. E.g. the birthday no. of your spouse must not be 8.
