some times i feel uneasiness in my throat ie cuff though not much easiness...however there is not any reason for this on medical ground or any other.......may i connect it with the recitation of bani during most of the time inside

I didnot understand the better half of the question text .... lets try to take a shot at :
while doing nitnem we go close to the god...do the dreams indicate this?how?
Believe me .... Not only the dreams BUT .. everything ...yes everything u can possibly imagine ... at every moment ...yes at every instant indicates this .... our sorry state that we donot realize it for the most of the time .... occasionally we get some very subtle hints (kinka ek jis jeea basave) .... (yes it'll happen during Nitnem or reading baani) ... but dont stop..... get going because :
charan saran gur ek painda jaae chal,satguru kot penda aage hoye let hai !!
if we take one step towards him, he'll definitely take thousands towards us .... but do we want to stop after taking that one step...for the first few steps .... dont stop for you yourself will only know how much more steps you'd need to take to cover up the distance)

Well your question and topic don't match.
Anyway if you sing Baani loudly, you could have your throat giving up in an hour.
On the other hand, what kinda dreams will make you realize you are closer to God? I don't think there are any. If you are, you will know but you cannot tell :)
