The fact that I'm still at school is really annoying cause I can't help but stay up doing my assignments and homework late at night and its my last year of school. But my usual routine is waking up at 3:00 in the morning. I have plenty of time if I wake up at that time to do my prayers and I get a lot of homework done cause its really quite. if I got to sleep late i get up at 5:00 but its not as good as getting up at 3 cause the world starts to wake up and it gets hectic.

So the best thing to do is go to sleep earlier like at 8 or 9 so that you can get up early. Just stop ur homework and just go to sleep but make sure u wake up early in the morning so that u have enough time to do your simran and nitnem and ur unfinished homework.

its really up to you. if you really want to wake up early nothing should stop you from doing so. I made myself a timetable which allows me do do all my school stuff and the other important stuff. and i still end up getting 7hrs of sleep. which is enough for me if i get even 1/2 hr less I feel sleepy and if i get an hr more i feel sleepy so its really up to your body. so listen to it and make sure u get enough sleep.
