blessing, everything in life is a gift from akal purakh; good or bad. Hair is one of the biggest blessings one could have,the color doesn't matter.
It depends how old is the person whose beard is turning white?
If the person who is having early white beard and they are single then they should dye it, as a man with gray beard may find it hard to get married.
