what to do ???
I m really confused to make a decision. The situation is that, my youngest sister had an affair going on with a boy who we do not approve because of different religion. my parents had been telling her and talking to get her out of this relationship for a long time. they tried being polite. they tried by ignoring and let her get fed up with it. but nothing changed her oppinions. she is going by one rule of guru nanak dev ji that everybody is same and equal. but i think if that is the case than why did the rest of the gurus fought for being unique. that is not it, now he has been saying that she is not marry that guy either, but stay unmarried and still be at the parents house. she also come home late at night, dress inappropriately, and talk rudely.she is really loud and arrogant when we even want to sit and talk. the worst of all she just stomped out of the house recently forever. my parents are devastated and don't know what to do. i don't know how to tell them to live their life. if she doesn't want tostay then don't hold on to her. but all at the end is that everybody is confused of what to do next.
we just had some coversation again recently with our sister. She has told us that she would never marry at all.......ever and has refused to move from the parents house. she is also refusing to follow the family ethis and house rules. we as sisters are deciding to kick her out of the house but the parents do not agree to it. they think its against their teachings and dharam. they feel guilty doing so. verry verry confused !!!
