I read somewhere: There are 3 colors of karma on the soul

• Black Karma :- you harm someone, you get harmed back in future
• White Karma :- you do good for something, but you wish for good in return (e.g. someone publicising his charity)
• Color less Karma :- you do good, but expect nothing in return.

All things are in balance. The law of karma is simply that every action creates a sequence and a consequence.Every consequence creates an equal and opposite reaction. It is very impersonal.
