Do Caucasian sikhs face racism in America too ?

I know and have first hand felt that Turban guys don't get minimum wage jobs until they remove their turban / cut hair this is true in red States but also prevails in some parts of blue states for brown sikhs.

So is it same for white sikhs too ?

In some parts of the country, yes. Not just for brown Sikhs, but for any turban wearing Sikh. The answer is simple: We must be known for our service. In communities where I've encountered prejudice, simply loving, blessing and serving people leads them to see beyond the turban.
