How can Khalsa will rule the world by becoming 960 million ?

My question is about seeing the future that the Khalsa will rule the by leadership meaning that the countries of the world will have Khalsa Prime ministers,Presidents and ministers then the whole will be ruled by Khalsa ministers but that rule can even be for 5 years or 10 years.How can it be of 5000 years.Does it mean that the generations and generations of Khalsa will become the ministers of the world countries.

I know that the Khalsa raj will be the rule of "HALEMI RAJ" a rule of humility,compassion and service.

Khalsa will rule through Kindness and compassion. It means that for many generations Khalsa will lead and protect people. The countries and governments we know now will disappear.
