Life sucks :( ..... uhhh

I don’t know how to start or where to start But recently I’m having lots of stress . I don’t want to study anymore . My grades r going down, family problems , relative pressure , insecurity , crush issues . My health is deteriorating. I cry 3/4 times a day .

Im thinking to drop out from the AP classes and hard classes so I can focus on my health, try to gain weight etc. but at the same time I don’t want to . I have been feeling extreme fatigue and so many things t wrong with me. I don’t know what to do. I don’t share such stuff with my parents because instead of helping me they would make big deal and stress me out even more.

Recently Like now almost everyday I feel like I’m going to faint or something idk if that’s a panick attack or some other condition . Idk if it’s only mental related or physical.

I’m going to graduate in 1.5 years and I’m so stressed out .

Recently I m having troubles believing in god , idk if I ever believed him . When I listen to some kirtan, I feel nothing and I just stop it .

The last two times I went to the gurudwara , I almost fainted . It’s hard to describe what actually I felt but it was so bad .Since then I never went and don’t wanna go either.

Hi, I think that you should go and get this fainting thing checked out. Perhaps it is an indication of a more serious health condition. I do think it is coincidental that this happened to you at the Gurdwara Sahib. Having an answer as to what is going on will help you make a plan as to what to do about it. Your grades and the crying are likely related to the fact that you are facing so much stress. 1.5 yrs is a long time away, and you have your whole life ahead of you. If your health is not doing well then a consequence of that will be reflected in your studies. Parents can sometimes be surprising in their support, and it can help to get it off your chest so you aren’t worrying alone, but if you feel like it will be too much then maybe talk to someone else about what’s going on in your life – friends, school counsellor, etc. Talk to Guru Ji in your ardas. What are your relatives pressuring you about? It helps to think in the long run to live life doing Naam Japna, Vand Shakna, and Kirat Karni and living by those principles in your daily life. Try to incorporate small changes that will help you to relax and destress.
