People regularly come to the Gurdwara Sahib to learn about our religion whether they are Hindu, Christian or Muslim. My muslim friend who i have known for almost my whole life offered for me to come visit her Mosque as well. I think this would be a good learning experience but I am unsure of if there will be activities required that would go against my Sikhi. Does anyone know? Has anyone been to a mosque?

Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh,

Remember Guru Nanak Dev ji also went with some muslims to do a namaz with them, but they didn't do it whole heartedly. Thus, I don't think theres anything wrong with visiting and it will be a good learning experience. However, don't feel pressured into doing anything which is against something written in Guru Granth Sahib ji. God is one and saints simply expressed it differently, so, it's not bad to understand their perspectives but you have guru ji's knowledge to take whats good and leave out what is not needed or doesn't stand with what guru ji taught us. I hope I make sense. Bhul Chuk Muaf.

it is a reminder to all of us to do our prayers wholeheartedly rather than ritualistically. in order to clean the mind, the mind must get its medicine.
