Ummm I guess when you start to see facial hair that would be at around the age of 15. Some kids start wearing a pagg at 12 some don't start till they reach 20 but I guess once you start to see facial hair would be good. Please correct me if I am wrong. I know my brother started when he got facial hair.

there is no age... any one can wear a pugh, dastar or dumalla at any age, as long as they are ready and are mature enough
