Any kind of sukhna that a person dont want to think ?

Suppose any sukhna i dont want to make but continuouly stucks in my mind but i dont want to make that sukhna but mind forces me to make it in my mind but by heart it is unwillingly ? So whether it is a sukhana ? Very depressed feeling i had passed through ...then i always feels worried that no sukhna my mind thinks .. I also feels worried about it .. But when a person is unwilling to make it but mind forces it to think that what a person do ?

No not any sukhna but i know if one time we asked from our mouth to go to one place then elders said it is compulsory to go .now if these things continuously comes to mind then i feel very deprssed 1 question if my mind without my will thinks that i will go there is it compulsory then to visit ?

Do you mean sukhna as in resolve or vow? You are making decisions to do things or go to places? If you are just having thoughts of things which you feel are not good or you are not happy with it is natural to do so. Everything you think about does not have to be acted upon. Nor do you have to do anything to counteract it. If you do feel distressed try and focus on something else like doing simran or other forms of meditation.

One thing is clear that by just thought It is not compulsory But if my mind with my no will uttering inside that i will surely go to any religious place then whats that ?

Actually i have heard that if something we utter for going to any religious place then it is compulsory to visit. But this become habit of my mind these days that automatically saying that if i get thais i will go that place Means with no will ? Is prayer can cancel it ?

The mind is always racing whether you think about things carefully or not. Saying you want to go to a religious place does not make it something compulsory. Whatever you pray for if it is with a true heart it will come true. If you do not really want something to happen it wont.
