Not focused on study
I am just completed my M.Tech now i am preparing for UPSC ESE i have joined the coaching, during the lectures in coaching i am not fully focused on lecture and beacause of this it takes time to clear the concepts at home during that class time I think about the gurubani which i read in morning and some times i closed my eyes and and meditate and think about guruji afterall most of time gurubani runs in my mind. So how should I manage ?
