I’m in high school . And people here r mean etc and judge each other . There r so many categories of people like cool people , famous people etc . And there r a few people that I know mostly everyone hates . The reasons for them include special aid, physical appearances , etc . And I m friends with two girls like that and they always try to talk to me and I guess I don’t really have a problem with that but I’m just scared of what people would think . What if they start hating me too. I hate this thing about high school. No one is treated equally. I also have social and public anxiety . I want to overcome this . How do I do it and should I talk to the girls ..just scared that people would start hating me too..

High school is filled with social games, but you don't have to play them. Make the choice to not play those games which are hurtful to others. Those social games promote insecurity, meanness, separation and paranoia.

Instead, be with the people you can be 'you' with, and where don't have to play a part to try to "fit in."

You fit into you perfectly. You don't need to wear masks to 'look good' to others. Live to your calibre and never compromise your values for benefits. You and your "people" will find each other naturally, without effort.
