What are your parents beliefs on sikhism? Maybe they'll change perspective on something to.

Curious to know, is there something that made you convert into sikhism? Anything particular

That's good to hear! I suggest you keep the faith with-in and pray. Also, you can listen to simran with headphones on if you wish to do so. As you get older, it may be easier to adjust with the lifestyle you want. For now, don't worry :) Stay positive

Guru ji understands your situation and to follow Sikhi will be hard for you to freely do until your old enough. You could ask people who converted to Sikhi for advice, try sites like this https://www.reddit.com/r/Sikh/.

The problem here isn't about Halal meat or somesuch. The real problem is your guilt about doing something clandestine and the fear and excitement you have about your parents finding out.

If you are sincere and this is between you and your Guru, and NOT about your parents or the excitement and thrill of doing something in secret, then proceed, but first, question your own motives honestly

That said, proceed slowly, slowly. Don't focus on what you're not doing, but instead focus on what you can do and what you are doing. If your devotion is pure, Guru Ji will unfold your path for you.

Then just be up front with your parents and don't be secretive :)
