When i do saas giras simran, i feel as if there is no physical body any more and i get scared when i lose the senses for a few moments. I feel only sound and thats it. Once i open my eyes i have to feel my surroundings because i have to get back into the other senses of the body and try to become aware of the world again and if i am here. i get depersonalisation.
Can someone help. What is happening and what do i do??
I remember one of the gurmukhs I spoke to that does a lot of saas graas simran mentioning that this happens to quite a few people. I would suggest you contact Simer Singh (708) 320-9243 or [email protected] Simer Ji has a LOT of experience in saas graas simran and i have no doubt would be able to answer your question. He has started up the website mysimran.info to spread the message about simran and does a lot of katha on it.
So although I don't have an answer for you, i hope I have shared some reassurance that it does happen to other people, and a resource for you to find the answer.
