Apart from Waheguru and Mool Mantra. Like many in this forum know that I lost my dear wife to cancer in Nov2016, I am spending alot of time in the Gurudwara learning and listening to Kirtan and doing Sewa, I also spending sleepless nights and hours and hours next to the computer listening to kirtan and Katha, I have started reading alot about Sikhi and Sikh History, I just wanted to know with so much out there, Is there any particular Bani for making my health better and to give me the strengh to cope with the pressures of 2 teenage children? Here is the shabad "Narayan" and the Ong Namo track which you need. Also, here is the meditation along with the method for doing it.

It will take you about half an hour. Do it every day without fail for 108 days.
