Please can anyone explain? And what is the house of Khalsa raj in Punjab?

Simran Kaur Ji - The Khalsa Raj is the sovereign spiritual nation of the pure ones. It is the collective consciousness of those who live in courage, purity and grace to serve and elevate mankind by living and sharing the technology of the Shabd Guru. Guru Gobind Singh said that there will be 960,000,000 Khalsa. Think about that. Do you think they will all come from Punjab? What I see is Khalsa arising all around the world. They may not all wear turbans, but they live in Khalsa consciousness.
