Why in Gurdwara halls people are allowed to celebrate birthday in Christian way of cake cutting with knife and lighting candles and singing song like "Happy birthday to you ..."? Instead of Kirpaan Bheta to Karah Parsaad followed by Ardaas and singing Kirtan Shabad Gayan?

That's the Crux of the problem with most of the Punjabi speaking Sikhs. Since Punjabi speaking Sikhs comprise almost 98%-99% of the total Sikh population, this is very very unfortunate.

If Gurdwaras can be allowed for the Moslems to recite Namaz and organize Iftar Parties, then what's wrong if the Gurdwara space is allowed for the Christians too.

Either you need to condemn both the above or else you must appreciate both the above. You guys can't be selective.

What is the problem? Each should celebrate their birthday in the way they wish and with the people they wish. Let us appreciate all forms of celebration that harm no one. Let us be inclusive rather than exclusive and judgemental.
