According to igurbani this comes from page 490 of the Sri Dasam Granth Sahib Ji, "Dohra: Kaal Purakh Ki Deh Moh Kotak Bisan Mahes, Kot Indr Brahma Kite Rav Sas Kror Jales" translating as "In the body of the Immanent Lord, million of Vishnus and Shivas abide. Million of indras, Brahmas, Suryas, Chandras, and Varunas are present there in His Divine Body."

As far as my understanding goes, this is telling us God has so many powers within Himself. Hindu beliefs are that there are gods- Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva with powers to create, sustain/destroy, and in these lines we see that God has all these qualities within Waheguru Himself! Bhul chuk maaf- if anyone has corrections please let me know!
