Okay firstly I am wondering if anhad bani and panj shabad are the same, and I wanted to clarify some things. Are the 5 shabads are part of Naam? (does being able to hear the shabads mean you are hearing Naam?)

Anhad shabad is not produced by vocal cords or instruments. It is the cosmic sound - the "music of the spheres." It is heard inside you. Panj Shabd is the akhari (primal sound syllables) sssssssss, aaaaaaaaa, t, nnnnnn and mmmmm. These are primal sounds that are the origin of all spoken languages. They embody in sound the entire process of creation, life, death and rebirth (transformation.) Do not confuse these with our Nitnem banis. Different things entirely.

Naam is a state of consciousness. It is a state in which you see, feel and experience God in all things and in yourself in a constant flow of deep love and peace.

thanks! I knew they are internal sounds, I just wasn't sure of the explanation!
