What i can understand from your particular case is, your Dad doesn't wishes that you mingle with boys and that's the prime reason of his objection to you doing Sewa in the Gurdwara.
So, go to the Gurdwara on days when your Dad doesn't goes and then on that particular days of the week you can do lots and lots of Sewa without your Dad noticing you.
