thank you ^ wakeup (early hours) cross legged, and listen to japji sahib (and whisper as the recording) essentially because I want to know how the pronunciation goes. + I read 25 pages from shri guru granth sahib ( everyday, because I want to understand it and finish all of it) + ardaas (not materialistic, first thing I ask for is a connection and relationship with god, second thing is what bothers me or something i want(about relationships, emotions, and goals), last thing is to have courage to accept his hukam and walk in his will)

during the day, anytime I feel like i am losing control - ( chaupai sahib + ardaas)

then rehraas in evening

tbh haven;t dont kirtan sohaila yet

upon doing this,.. I have had experiences during meditation (intense, goosebumps + felt complete), but my skeptical side is like well you have experiences (ie get goosebumps) when you listen to really good music too. so it brings me right back to where I started. idk what is blocking me, maybe my skepticism, and desire to understand everything.
