Pooja - Naam is Waheguru. There are many places where 'raam' 'allah' is used in Guru Granth Sahib ji. This is not referring to any other religion. It is written in such way so that the message Guru Nanak Dev ji, or others where trying to give could be understood to local people who were majority of Hindu and Muslims.

In Guru Granth Sahib ji it says-

Guru Guru Jap meet hamare Wahe means increadible or beyond words as in 'wow' Guru means one who brings light and diminishes darkness
