It's not so much about praying as it is working on yourself to establish a solid connection to the infinity within you, the part of yourself that is unknown to you. Get up in the morning, bathe and take 30 minutes to meditate and begin in this way to train your mind so it serves you instead of making you do things.

When you begin to meditate, your mind will try hard to distract you. No problem. Just keep going in the sound current and the rhythm of the meditation and gently bring your mind back to the mantra. It's like training a wild horse... slowly slowly, but never give and inch. Keep going for 90 days and then be so kind as to post here again and let us know how you're doing.
