The Gurmukh is beyond hope and fear. Others are wishing and hoping. He is content everywhere keeping the One in his mind. He elevates every situation and lovingly reminds others to remember the One with every breath. I am the servant of such a one. Wherever you are remain awake to the moment and remember the One. Be at peace within yourself and let go of the attachment to possessions. In this Kali Yug there is only one way: meditation on the Naam. Without Naam, the mind runs around and cannot remain steady. The longing for the peace that comes from meditation on Naam lies within everyone. That longing never leaves the human mind.
