Wow, you had quite a summer! There's a line in the Avicii song "Wake Me Up," - "I tried carrying the weight of the world But I only have two hands."

You say, "I'm standing up for what's right at my workplace, so people got mad at me that i'm exposing the truth of their behaviours." Hmm... there's a way to do this by example, with kindness and compassion. You demonstrate a more graceful manner in which to respond. When you confront directly, that action creates a reaction. The sum of all the reactive energy being directed at you can be incredibly draining. People change from within. You can create more change with openness and simple loving kindness than by direct confrontation, especially when you fight alone.

When your world is agitated, the water becomes muddy and you cannot see clearly. When the water sits and becomes still, the mud all settles to the bottom and the water becomes clear again.

When hearts are soft then you can plant seeds through your words and they will germinate when the time is right.

The most powerful action has its root in stillness.
