Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh,

I am no doctor and or psychologist but I have done psychology as a subject so I'll try to answer to the best of my ability. If they're around the age bracket of 13 and more, then hormones definitely have a role in their crazy mood. However, where there is a biological perspective, there's also the social aspect. Perhaps they're having a tough time at school? You see, kids spend most of the time at school and pick up ques from their environment; I suggest that you talk to them. Please try having a conversation with them regarding the reason of their behaviour. Tell them what they're doing is not sensible and that they can do better. Using positive words such as "good boy/girl, you're my precious child" when they do the right thing or using treats will urge them to listen to you. Before going to bed, spend time with them and tell them sakhis of guru ji. Sikhi is our lifestyle afterall. The best thing to do is to understand your children and tell them that you were once a kid as well, so you understand their perspective. However, don't worry, many children do it and all you need is to guide them in the right direction. Bhul Chuk Muaf karni ji.
