The way I see it, it comes down to Naam Japo, Kirat Karo and Vand Shako. By practicing Sikhi in your daily life- doing naam japna, your banis, and truthful living, you are doing something for the Khalsa panth. Next, since you are training to be a doctor, you should work hard at your studies and try to be the best and most compassionate caring doctor that you can. Being a doctor is a great sewa to humanity. Share with other people- whatever you have whether it is knowledge, wealth, time, etc. You can volunteer with organizations to help other people, or do sewa at the Gurdwara Sahib. Then with smaller things you could do bigger projects once you have some ideas. Like organizing events for young people about Sikhi.
