They are the same. Sadh Sangat means the company of the sadhaks. Sadhak means those who practice the technology given to us by our Gurus on a daily basis: amrit vela sadhana, meditation, japa, simran, vichar, kirtan, paath, etc. When we keep the company of those who work on themselves daily, and who live the same Dharma that we ourselves are living, then we elevate and uplevel each other through kindness, seva, trust, mutual support and acceptance of each other - just as we are, with no judgments. That is our True Sangat (Sat Sangat) as opposed to just people who happen to be sitting together in Gurdwara or elsewhere for various reasons.
