Gn provided a great answer. Yes pichla janams do exist- we go through 8.4 million reincarnations to get this life. But we shouldn't be focused on looking back at that, horoscopes, astrology, etc. Just focus on this life, this breath that God gave you. "Calculating and counting, the astrologer draws the horoscope. He studies it and announces it, but he does not understand reality. Understand, that the Word of the Guru's Shabad is above all. Do not speak of anything else; it is all just ashes."
